目的 研究并制定在药品零差率政策下医药批发企业的发展战略。方法 采用文献研究的方法,结合几年来药品零差率试点的实践,对医药批发企业进行战略匹配分析,提出其适应当前药品零差率政策的发展战略。结果 药品零差率是公立医院改革的重要举措,给药品批发企业带来机遇,同时也带来挑战。结论 药品批发企业除不断创新,调整、完善自身服务外,必须顺应市场的变化,加速联合、重组的步伐,做大、做强以谋求更大的发展。
